How to Use PepSite
Visit the Manage Compounds page to create a list of the research compounds you're working with. These will form the backbone of your batch and dose tracking workflows.
Go to the Manage Product Identifiers page. Product identifiers represent specific vials/kits you receive — for example,
T15
and T30
might correspond to 15 mg and 30 mg vials of a compound labeled Tz. Each identifier must be associated with a compound.
Head to the Manage Vial Batches page to record the vial batches (kits) you receive. Include details like supplier, product identifier, lot number, received dates, and any tested mass values. These represent your physical inventory.
Use the Add New Batch page under the Batch Manager to add batches after reconstituting a vial. These are created from specific vial batches and contain reconstitution details (solution, volume, date).
- Active batches: In-use and available for dosing
- Inactive + no reconstitution date: Future planned batches
- Inactive + with a reconstitution date: Finished batches no longer available for dosing
Log doses using the Log Dose page or from the View Doses page accordion.
- Pending doses: The next planned dose. Only one allowed per batch.
- Future doses: Additional planned doses beyond the pending one.
- Completed doses: Doses that have already been administered.
